Job summary

This hands-on role involves building and refining composite rocket cases, tooling assembly/disassembly, surface preparation, and operating winding equipment while upholding safety, quality, and schedule targets.

You will work the B shift (12-hour nights, rotating Thursdays) with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years manufacturing experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on manufacturing of composite rocket cases and related tasks.
• Assist with tooling assembly/disassembly, surface preparation, and winding equipment operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work area; support team to improve quality and schedule.
