Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• One year of mental health experience with adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to clients.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans.
• Monitor and support clients' daily living and social skills.
• Lead or co-lead recreational groups and activities.
• Accompany clients on community trips and monitor safety.
• Maintain accurate and adequate client records.
