Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Team Lead to provide guidance and support to residents on the 2nd shift (weekends) in Philadelphia. You will counsel clients, assist with daily living activities, and coordinate with the team and nursing staff to meet resident needs.

The role requires documenting progress and ensuring safety, with training and compliance participation. The position offers a range of benefits and a compensation of $19.60 per hour, reflecting the responsibilities and commitment to quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience working in Mental/Behavioral health.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides counseling to individual clients and guides residents.
• Implements program policy and procedures according to guidelines.
• Monitors daily living activities and health and safety of residents.
• Works with team and on-call administrator to address issues.
• Completes site and licensing documentation in a timely manner.
