Job summary

Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is hiring Mental Health Techs for part-time night shifts (11pm–7:30am, 24 hours/week) in an acute inpatient and residential program for youth with autism spectrum disorders. Selected candidates must be at least 21 years old and may receive a $4,000 commitment bonus.

Overtime opportunities are available. As an MHT, you will support direct patient care under RN supervision, help maintain a therapeutic milieu, document care, and assist with activities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in human services or HS diploma with 2 years of experience in human services.
• Must be compassionate and demonstrate understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• Respiratory Fit Testing required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu following schedules and behavior plans.
• Utilize crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.
• Complete required clinical documentation and record vital signs.
• Lead therapeutic group sessions and perform Q15 observation rounds.
• Assist nurses with head-to-toe assessments and ADL tasks as needed.
