Job summary

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with health care exposure, or related practicum/college credits, and knowledge of behavioral techniques. BLS/CPR may be required; the role is full-time in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with health care experience preferred.
• Completion of supervised mental health/addiction practicum or college credits in social sciences.
• Knowledge of behavioral treatment techniques and ethics in healthcare.
• Ability to apply Jefferson Health ethics and documentation requirements.
• Understanding of health information relevance and patient safety risks.
• BLS in First Aid/CPR as specified.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care activities under RN supervision.
• Observe patient mood and behavior, report changes promptly.
• Lead or assist with group activities and therapeutic sessions.
• Maintain safe, clean patient care environment and complete documentation.
• Participate in meetings and orientation as required.
