Responsibilities

• Collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, quality care
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment and discharge needs
• Manage and document patient data accurately
• Follow evidence-based practices to minimize risk and improve outcomes
• Participate in safety and quality improvement committees
