Job summary

Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is seeking dedicated Mental Health Technicians for part-time shifts (16-24 hrs/wk) including every other weekend, to support acute inpatient and residential programs for youth with autism. Responsibilities include supervising care, crisis de-escalation, and documenting care in the chart, under RN supervision.

Candidates must be 21+, with a relevant degree or 2 years of human services experience; a $4,000 commitment bonus is offered upon onboarding

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, counseling, etc.).
• High School diploma with 2 years of direct human services experience.
• Respiratory Fit Testing required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu following schedules and behavior plans.
• Utilize crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.
• Complete required clinical documentation and record patient vital signs.
• Assist nurses with head-to-toe assessments and activities of daily living.
