Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA seeks Mental Health Technicians for evening and part-time shifts in our inpatient and residential programs serving youth with autism spectrum disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• HS diploma with 2 years in a human services role.
• Must be compassionate and understand Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• Respiratory Fit Testing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu per schedules and behavior plans.
• Perform crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Complete required clinical documentation.
• Lead therapeutic group sessions and conduct Q15 observation rounds.
• Record patient vital signs and assist with head-to-toe assessments.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
