Job summary

Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA seeks weekend Mental Health Techs for a 32-hour workweek, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. The role offers a part-time benefits package and a weekend differential.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old. A $4,000 joining bonus is offered, contingent on completing onboarding within 7 days. Primary duties include direct patient care under RN supervision, trauma-informed care, crisis de-escalation, accurate documentation,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in human services (psychology, sociology, counseling, etc.).
• High School diploma/GED plus 2 years in a human services role with direct contact.
• Must be compassionate and understand Autism Spectrum Disorders
• Respiratory Fit Testing required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu following schedules and behavior plans.
• Utilize crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.
• Complete required clinical documentation.
• Lead therapeutic group sessions.
• Record patient vital signs.
• Assist nurses with head-to-toe assessments and daily living activities.
