Monarch Healthcare in North Carolina is seeking a Qualified Professional to provide clinically based guidance and support for staff and individuals served. The role spans clerical, clinical, and organizational tasks while upholding Monarch’s positive image.

You will perform initial assessments, coordinate with providers, and promote community connections, natural supports, and effective referrals. Travel may be required and ongoing training is expected.

Formación

• 1–4 years of crisis management experience in mental health or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders.
• One of: Bachelor degree in non-human services with 4 years FT or 8 years PT experience; Bachelor degree in Human Services with 2 years FT or 4 years PT; Master in Human Services with 1 year FT or 2 years PT.

Responsabilidades

• Provide initial assessments and evaluate referrals and strategies with staff and providers.
• Identify opportunities to connect individuals with community resources and natural supports.
• Use varied communication skills to build relationships among individuals, staff, and stakeholders.
• Ensure referrals align with assessments and document required records and reports.
• Provide engagement services for discharge referrals with serious mental illness or addictive disorders.
• Attend meetings and trainings and maintain ongoing certifications.
