Job summary

Monarch Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate crisis care in North Carolina. You will work under a registered nurse, schedule crisis services, and manage injections and related education for patients with mental health or substance use needs.

Qualifications

• LPN license and crisis care experience preferred.
• Strong documentation and compliance with state standards.
• Ability to coordinate care across multiple providers and settings.

Responsibilities

• Schedule crisis/assessment services and triage emergent cases.
• Perform intakes and coordinate referrals to ensure continuity of care.
• Document medical records per state and accrediting standards with care teams.
• Schedule Injection Clinic visits and injections; educate patients on medications.
• Engage with drug representatives supplying samples or coupons.
• Attend meetings and trainings; maintain required certifications.
• Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and crisis response.
• Travel may be required; adhere to policies and procedures.
