Job summary

Endeavor Health’s LOH Naperville Main Hospital is seeking a highly capable RN for night shifts at Linden Oaks Chemical Dependency. The part-time position (20 hrs/week) runs 11pm–7am, with responsibilities including assessment, care planning, documentation, and real-time rounds.

You’ll ensure safety, supervise staff, and support admissions, transfers, and discharges. Qualifications include an Illinois RN license, nursing degree, CPR, and CPI within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree and Illinois RN license.
• One-year psychiatric experience preferred.
• CPR and CPI certifications required within 90 days.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' condition and develop and administer care plans.
• Document care provided and evaluate outcomes.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu and supervise direct care staff.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges and handoffs.
• Collaborate with health care team for comprehensive discharge planning.
