Job summary

Taymax Group, a multi-unit Planet Fitness franchisee, is hiring a Member Services Representative in Menifee, CA. The role focuses on delivering a positive member experience through friendly, proactive service at the front desk and tours for prospective members.

You'll greet guests, process sign-ups and membership payments, update accounts, and support club operations while contributing to a clean, welcoming facility that aligns with the Judgement Free Zone mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, sign up new members and tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain club neatness and cleanliness; complete daily tasks and cleaning lists.
• Assist Club Manager with occasional duties and other responsibilities as needed.
