Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members and guests, answer calls, check in members, give tours, and sign up new members at our club. You will log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer phone calls politely and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check in members, provide tours, sign up new members and log amenities.
• Communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests in a timely manner.
• Regularly clean the facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.
