Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Professional to provide technical assistance and patient care across hospital labs. You will collect specimens, run tests, and report results per protocol, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a biology/medical lab degree, BLS certification, and experience in core laboratory duties. This PRN night position supports multiple facility locations with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological/Physical Sciences or Medical Laboratory Science is required.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
• Pennsylvania Market requires a minimum of 6 years core lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests across laboratory areas following established protocols and regulatory standards.
• Collect and process specimens according to protocols and quality requirements.
• Conduct quality control, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of instruments.
• Validate test results and assist with QA issues and safety compliance.
• Assist with pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic activities under supervision.
