Zusammenfassung

Connecthcs is recruiting MT/MLTs for a hospital laboratory near Greenville, SC. Roles cover chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and coag testing in generalist capacity. Shifts include night and weekend schedules in rapid response labs, plus an additional site 20 minutes away.

Responsibilities include accurate testing, equipment operation, quality management participation, and student training. Certification and eligible degrees are required per listed qualifications.

Qualifikationen

MLT/MT generalist role requiring appropriate ASCP or HEW credentials.
Experience with chemistry, hematology, UA, and coag tests preferred.
Must demonstrate proper phlebotomy technique and patient identification.

Aufgaben

Perform tests per standard laboratory procedures and produce accurate results.
Operate and maintain lab equipment, including the Lab Interface System.
Participate in quality management, QC/calibration requirements, and education credits.
Contribute to training and evaluation of students and new staff.
Assist with test evaluation, implementation, and change management.
