Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: Medical Technology (Required).
• ASCP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, precise, and timely test results for diagnosis and treatment.
• Perform quality control checks on procedures and equipment; maintain logs.
• Lead or participate in instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Provide data interpretation to support clinical decisions; communicate with clinicians.
• Train new staff and students; stay current with competencies.
