Job summary

Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician for full-time night shifts (6pm–6:30am) in LAB Core. The role focuses on performing complex tests, specimen preparation, and ensuring accuracy and safety across the laboratory.

The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to contribute to high-quality patient care within a major nonprofit health system serving the greater Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in chemical, physical or biological science or equivalent training.
• Medical Laboratory Technician certification preferred.
• Experience performing complex lab tests and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex laboratory tests on blood, fluids, cells and tissues.
• Identify organisms, analyze chemical content, and cross-match blood.
• Prepare specimens, maintain equipment, and ensure turnaround times.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with policy and safety rules.
• Assist in regulatory preparation and support staff training as needed.
