HonorHealth is seeking a Laboratory Technician for the Night shift in Mesa, AZ. You will perform complex tests on blood and body fluids, identify microorganisms, and cross match blood for transfusion.

The role includes instrument maintenance, quality control, and strict documentation to support diagnosis and patient care. Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in a chemical/biological science or medical laboratory field, MLT certification preferred, and at least 1 year of hospital lab

Competenze

Associates degree in chemical, physical or biological science or medical laboratory science.
Certification as Medical Laboratory Technician preferred; CLIA-related training documented.
Minimum 1 year hospital laboratory experience; Float Pool Network preferred.

Mansioni

Perform complex laboratory tests on blood, body fluids, cells, and tissues.
Identify bacteria, parasites, and other microorganisms and analyze chemical content.
Cross match blood for transfusion and aseptically prepare blood products.
Maintain documentation and ensure turnaround time expectations.
