Qualifications

• One year full-time experience or training in a clinical laboratory setting.
• BS/BA in Medical Technology, Biology, or Chemistry; ASCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform test procedures of moderate/high complexity with independent judgement.
• Troubleshoot instruments and procedures; support quality control.
• Report test results and maintain records in LIS.
• Ensure specimens handling, processing, and turnaround times.
• Train and assist staff; comply with CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA and safety requirements.
