• Handles phone inquiries regarding patient results, specimen collection and testing frequency.
• Uses the laboratory computer system to review reports and call critical values to healthcare professionals.
• Performs quality control, quality assurance and preventative maintenance on instrumentation.
• Provides training for residents, new staff and medical technology students.
