Qualifications

• 4-Year College Degree or higher from NAACLS accredited program.
• Board certification required (ASCP/AMT MT or MLS Medical Board). If not certified, MLS certification must be obtained within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine automated and manual laboratory procedures; verify and report test requests; troubleshoot analyzers and test methods; review quality control values and results.
• Handle phone inquiries from internal and external customers; call critical value results; address pre-analytical issues.
