Responsibilities

• Performs waived, moderate and high-complexity tests under supervision to produce accurate results.
• Documents laboratory results for diagnosis and treatment decisions.
• Monitors quality control, maintenance and calibration per protocols.
• Provides technical support and training, and resolves testing issues.
• Maintains compliance with HIPAA, safety rules and accreditation standards.
