You will monitor residents, communicate with families and supervisors, restock carts, and document changes in health status. Required certifications include QMAP-A/L, Med Tech or Nurse Delegation; high school diploma or GED; English

Qualificações

• State requires medication certification: QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide or Nurse Delegation.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year elder care experience preferred.
• Strong self-management and organization skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities with deadline handling.
• Ability to handle confidential issues.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily care and medication routines.
• Coordinate medication administration: right meds, right time, right way.
• Communicate with residents' families, supervisor and colleagues.
• Restock medication carts and storage areas.
• Document resident conditions and medication refusals or treatments.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and participate in team planning.
