Job summary

Century Park Associates in Woodburn, OR is seeking a part-time Certified Medication Technician (QMAP) to support resident wellness, administer medications as prescribed, and promote dignity and independence for seniors. The role requires a high school diploma, current Med Tech or QMAP certification ( CPR within 90 days ), and prior senior services experience preferred.

Reporting to the Resident Care Director, you'll work weekend evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Med Tech or QMAP certification; certification must remain current.
• One year in senior services preferred.
• CPR certification at hire or within 90 days; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Follows policies for medication administration and delivery.
• Reports med errors or missing medications immediately.
• Provides quality care per care plan.
• Promotes resident independence per service plan.
• Complies with infection control guidelines.
• Documents medication administration in EHR per policy.
• Participates in activities and outings with residents.
• Demonstrates patience and integrity with residents.
