Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license and BLS certification at hire.
• Minimum 9 months of RN experience in Med/Surg.
• 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience in acute care or skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-system assessments.
• Develop individual plans of care.
• Coordinate discharge planning with other departments.
• Follow protocols for medical/surgical patients.
• Document care in the EMR.
• Evaluate care and patient responses.
• Participate in unit quality assurance activities.
• Calculate and administer medications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform procedures correctly.
