The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory experience in meat processing or a USDA-regulated facility and possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, food processing, or meat processing.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, GMPs, HACCP, and USDA requirements.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all night shift production activities to meet daily targets.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of production associates.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, USDA, and company policies.
• Monitor performance, labor utilization, yields, downtime, and waste reduction.
• Conduct shift start-up meetings to communicate goals and safety expectations.
• Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, Sanitation, and Operations to resolve issues.
