Job summary

Schreiber Foods in Missouri is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a diverse team in a night 12-hour shift within a food manufacturing environment. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while coaching partners toward daily production goals and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field preferred; HS diploma with 3-5 years leadership/manufacturing experience also acceptable.
• Ability to communicate with influence both written and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of production partners to maximize efficiencies and meet daily production goals.
• Oversee plant/department processes and training to ensure success and compliance.
• Develop and demonstrate knowledge of government regulations and participate in audits.
• Establish and audit standard operating procedures to meet customer requirements.
