Job summary

Qualifications

• HS education or GED with at least 2 years experience.
• Must be able to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise plant production to meet objectives.
• Prepare documentation for production, shipping & receiving, safety and sanitation.
• Lead training and development of employees and manage performance.
• Organize and coordinate production efficiently.
• Ensure product quality complies with specifications and standards.
• Learn and perform staff tasks when needed; cover absences.
• Support a safety-focused culture and adhere to PPE guidelines.
• Enforce company policies and attendance rules.
