Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Phoenix is hiring a Night shift Materials Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound materials in a fast-paced, clean-room setting. You will maintain inventories, perform cycle counts, and log data in SAP and Excel, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations.

Shift is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday to Tuesday with alternating Saturdays; hourly pay is $23.60 plus $1 shift differential, with strong benefits and growth opportunities at the world's largest logistics

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0-1 years experience in data entry and/or dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systematic inventory in SAP or similar systems.
• Receive deliveries and update material trackers.
• Move material to appropriate locations and ensure return flow.
• Track material using logistics software and email communications.
• Maintain Shipping and Receiving logs in Excel.
• Assist with opening/closing dock activities and material handover to engineers.
