Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead - Inventory Control Coordinator. This role is on the 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift, Monday through Thursday, and offers $22.90 per hour plus a $1 shift differential.

The position emphasizes reconciling inventory, participating in audits, and ensuring accurate cycle counts across customer and DHL systems. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years warehousing experience, familiarity with SAP/WM systems and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years warehousing experience, preferably with barcode systems.
• Experience with cycle count and inventory control.
• Knowledge of inventory systems such as SAP and Topex.
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of an inventory control coordinator.
• Reconciliation and data entry into the customer’s system of record and the WM System.
• Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using Excel.
• Monitoring and keying data for several in-transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.
• Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.
• Monitor IDOC (failed transactions) in SAP and physically reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
• Physically investigate any/all shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager.
• Conduct training for new associates.
• Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
