Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Materials Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves coordinating materials in a fast-paced, clean room environment, managing inventory in SAP, and facilitating shipments and returns on site.

You will work a Sunday–Wednesday shift from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, handling material movement, tracking, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–1 years of data entry or dispatch experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in data entry and inventory coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory in SAP or similar systems.
• Receive deliveries and update material trackers.
• Ensure 100% accountability of material requests.
• Prepare materials for return and manage dock activities.
• Support cleanroom environment and safe operation of MHE.
