Job summary

AZEK Exteriors in Wilmington seeks a Material Handler for the Prairie Avenue Facility. This role handles staging and movement of raw materials and finished goods within a fast-paced production environment, reporting to the Production Supervisor.

The position requires forklift certification, ability to read/write English, and a willingness to work a 2/2/3 schedule with weekend work. Prior extrusion line experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience, preferred.
• Forklift Certification.
• Significant experience running an extrusion line.
• Meet qualification and certification requirements established by TRAK program.
• Must be self-directed and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to accident-free operations and compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Moves finished product for staging, packing, or shipping.
• Performs daily 6S/TPM workplace organization tasks.
• Supports staging of bins, skids, and raw materials; assists in recycling.
• Conducts daily forklift safety checks at shift start.
