Job summary

The AZEK Group LLC, TimberTech Wilmington division, is seeking a Material Handler for our Prairie Avenue Facility. The role involves staging and movement of raw materials and finished products within the production environment. This position reports to Production Supervisor.

The Core Responsibilities include accident-free operations, forklift handling, and TPM/6S practices, with a 6:45pm–7:00am schedule and a 2/2/3 rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience running extrusion lines preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Must be self-directed in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift 10–100 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to accident-free operations and compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Moves finished product for staging, packing, or shipping.
• Performs daily maintenance checks on forklift and adheres to safety procedures.
• Supports staging of bins, skids, and raw materials; assists in recycling waste.
• Performs duties as assigned by supervision/management.
