Job summary

Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division in Reno, NV is seeking a Material Handler for the 3rd shift. The position offers a base hourly rate of $22.73 plus a $1 shift differential, with core hours 10 PM to 6:30 AM.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, loading/unloading trailers, picking stock, and maintaining organized storage areas. Qualifications include at least 6 months of forklift or material handling experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months forklift/material handling experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• Must possess a valid and current driver’s license.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move raw materials, components, supplies & finished goods.
• Load and unload trailers as required.
• Pick and pull stock for delivery.
• Organize pallet area and material storage locations.
• Complete daily forklift inspection.
• Primary owner for recycling duties for assigned area.
• Support LEAN initiatives including 5-S, OEE boards, and visual management.
• Participate in Kaizen improvements and events.
