Job summary

FedEx Memphis location is seeking a warehouse worker to operate equipment safely for the movement of packages, documents and heavyweight freight. You will assist with pallet buildup and breakdown and coordinate with ULD repair vendors as needed, while performing other duties as assigned.

The role requires physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a noisy environment, and maintain timely communication. Shift times may vary, and a valid driver’s license is preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs from ground to chest level.
• Able to walk and stand for designated work hours.
• Able to bend and squat as required during shifts.
• Able to communicate clearly in a noisy operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely for movement of packages and documents.
• Assist in buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serve as liaison between FedEx and ULD repair vendor when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
