Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician 2 for a night-shift role in Livermore, CA. You will operate and maintain clean-room production equipment, assist engineering with experiments, and support continuous improvement efforts across production lines.

You will collaborate with engineers, document process data, and coach junior technicians to uphold safety, quality, and procedural standards. This position offers a full benefits package and an opportunity to contribute to yield

Qualifications

1–2 years of related production/operative experience.
Experience operating and maintaining production equipment in a clean-room environment.
Ability to follow procedures, document results, and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of production activities in a clean-room environment per procedures and safety protocols.
Use systems/software to track, control, and document components as they move through production.
Set up and calibrate manufacturing equipment to meet specifications; perform preventive maintenance.
Monitor and optimize processes; collect data for root-cause analysis and improvement.
Provide coaching and guidance to junior technicians to maintain operational consistency.
