Job summary

Qualifications

• Entry-level position in probe card manufacturing operations.
• Less than 1 year of related experience typically required.
• No formal occupational training is typically required.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes including photolithography, thin film, etch, plating, assembly, test, and inspection.
• Perform equipment set-up, calibration, and routine preventative maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Collect and analyze operating data to make on-line equipment adjustments and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct tests and experiments to improve production or develop new products.
• Assist in training and coaching other technicians, fostering teamwork and skill development.
