Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, testing, inspection, and basic troubleshooting of probe card components.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines to ensure consistent output.
• Set up, operate, and calibrate manufacturing equipment under established guidelines.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance to keep equipment ready and reduce downtime.
• Collect, document, and interpret operating data to adjust equipment in real time.
• Support continuous improvement to streamline processes and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with engineering on tests and data gathering for new products.
• Train and coach fellow operators to promote teamwork and growth.
