Job summary

AFB International in Missouri is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I – Dry for the D Crew to operate and maintain production equipment, uphold quality standards, and support a 12-hour shift cycle.

You will prioritize safety during setup, operation, and troubleshooting, perform quality checks, log data, and assist with handoffs and repairs across shift changes. Prior production or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Reliability with strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
• Production or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly and stand for long 12-hour shifts.
• HS diploma or equivalent or successful skills assessment.
• Must pass pre-employment screens including background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment while ensuring safety.
• Perform adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Conduct quality control checks to uphold standards.
• Log production data, machine performance, and downtime.
• Package dry goods with care.
• Collaborate with teams during shift changes and repairs.
