AFB International, headquartered in Missouri, is hiring a Manufacturing Technician I - Liquid - D Crew to join our 12-hour shift team. You will focus on safety, operate and monitor equipment, perform adjustments, and log production data for continuous improvement.

Requirements include reliability, strong work ethic, production/manufacturing experience, ability to lift 55 lbs, and a high school diploma or equivalent; you must pass pre-employment screens.

Qualifications

• Reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
• Production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to regularly lift 55 lbs and stand for extended periods during a 12hr shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery on the D Crew.
• Conduct quality checks and log production data for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teams during shift handoffs and equipment repairs.
