Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years manufacturing experience; food-grade preferred.
• Ability to regularly stand and lift at least 70 lbs in dusty environments.
• Strong computer skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance on-site.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems safely and efficiently.
• Maintain rotating equipment knowledge and general welding skills.
• Support 5S workplace organization and housekeeping standards.
• Follow plant food safety requirements and safety procedures.
