AFB International, located in Aurora, MO, is hiring a Manufacturing Technician I - Liquid - D Crew. You will set up, operate, and monitor equipment during 6 pm–6 am shifts, focusing on safety, quality, and accurate data logging.

You will package dry goods and work with teams to ensure smooth handoffs and timely maintenance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, competitive wages starting at $20.00 with a $2.50 night-shift differential, annual incentives, and generous time off with overtime

Qualifications

• Reliability and a strong work ethic with excellent attendance.
• Production or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to regularly lift 55 lbs and stand for extended periods during a 12hr shift in a semi-dusty environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent or successful completion of a basic skills assessment.
• Must pass preemployment screens including background and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery on D Crew.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Conduct rigorous quality control checks to uphold high standards.
• Log production data, machine performance, and downtime for continuous improvement.
• Package dry goods with precision and care.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless handoffs during shift changes and with maintenance.
