Manufacturing Technician I – Dry – D Crew at AFB International will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring quality standards, and supporting a 12‑hour shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• D Crew Shift Hours: 6 pm–6 am; alternate Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
• Prioritize safety while setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery, performing adjustments, and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Conduct rigorous quality control checks to uphold high standards.
• Accurately log production data, machine performance, and downtime for continuous improvement.
• Package dry goods with precision and care.
• Collaborate closely with teams to ensure seamless handoffs during shift changes and equipment repairs.

• Starting wage $20.00 with night shift differentials: $2.50 Thursday–Saturday, $1.50 Sunday–Wednesday.

Requirements
