Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for our Harrisonville, MO facility. You will operate and maintain production equipment, support safety and quality objectives, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with manufacturing experience preferred. The shift is 2-2-3, 6:00pm–6:00am, with a starting hourly wage of $26.98 and on-site responsibilities at our Harrisonville plant.

Responsibilities

• Support and adhere to all plant safety policies and procedures.
• Safely operate equipment to meet quality, scheduling and customer requirements.
• Ensure all quality standards are met (verification of materials and components for orders).
• Operate equipment per standard work and assist with machine set-up and changeovers.
• Participate in line performance troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
• Assist with autonomous maintenance: cleaning, inspection, lubrication, tightening.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying waste and efficiency gains.
• Use company software and electronic systems to operate and document processes.
• Operate auxiliary equipment as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area compliant with 5S standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
