Job summary

Intel Corporation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Process Development Engineer for night shift support of advanced packaging fabrication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to qualify new materials and processes, perform MBPS and data-driven analyses, and support 24/7 operations on the pilot line.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, experimentation, and collaboration with tool owners and manufacturing techs to ensure quality, reliability, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Organic Chemistry, Polymer Engineering or similar STEM field with 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with semiconductor packaging processes is preferred.
• Experience communicating findings to stakeholders and driving informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist factory velocity and quality efforts on shift.
• Align daily priorities with teams and communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Provide engineering support, manage daily lot execution and DOE setup.
