Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience in operative/technician roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production activities within a clean-room environment following procedures and safety protocols.
• Use systems and software to track, control, and document components through production processes.
• Set up and calibrate manufacturing equipment to meet specifications and perform preventative maintenance.
• Collect, review, and evaluate data to support process stability and optimization.
• Partner with engineers to conduct tests and experiments to improve yields and processes.
• Provide coaching to lower-level technicians and promote safety and procedural standards.
