Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a production associate to support the manufacturing team in achieving production goals and customer quality requirements. You will monitor operations, escalate issues, and drive continuous improvement while assisting operators.

You will lead morning huddles, perform audits, coordinate cross-training, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Schedule is 10:35pm-6:35am Sun-Thu with handoffs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience performing all jobs in the area.
• Ability to motivate others and lead a team.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacturing team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory goals.
• Assist operators, walk the floor, address questions, and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead morning huddles and communicate area performance to the team.
• Perform audits (5S, safety, quality) and ensure adherence to policies.
• Coordinate cross-training and help plan staffing based on training and needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and participate in shift turnovers.
