Job summary

Kenvue Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the night shift in Fort Washington, PA. This role leads production teams on a highly automated line, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency while meeting cost targets.

Responsibilities include scheduling, monitoring production metrics, training staff, and driving continuous improvements. The position requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing field and strong communication skills; weekends are part of the rotation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Operations / Manufacturing / Packaging.
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication in English.
• Basic to intermediate math ability.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, listening, negotiating and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production team to meet goals on high speed packaging lines and platforms.
• Establishes personnel schedules and inputs to production flow.
• Compile and report production metrics.
• Train staff on safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Lead change to achieve goals and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with standards, union agreements, and processes.
• Improve methods to optimize material, machine and labor use.
• Oversee shift performance, productivity, uptime, and safety.
