Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Manufacturing Apprentice at our Fort Washington, PA site. You will operate production equipment, follow SOPs, and support quality control to help produce high-quality products.

This onsite role requires at least 6 months in a regulated manufacturing setting, a high school diploma, and strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. Night shift rotation is included (6pm–6am, 2-2-3).

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in regulated, automated manufacturing.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced production setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products.
• Follow SOPs to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
• Maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
• Assist in setup and QC inspections on the assembly line.
• Prepare records related to work in progress and report issues.
• Plan and help control production schedules and materials.
• Oversee wage staff performance and safety compliance.
• Rotate night shifts 6pm-6am on 2-2-3 schedule.
